STUDENT DEBT CRISIS:
Over 40 million Americans share $1.75 trillion in student loan debt. This year, the average student loan debt for federal loans is over 37 grand. The scary part is it usually takes 20 years for the average graduate to pay off their loans and some phd’s and masters take over 45 years. we’re at a time now, where the average medical school graduate’s salary is not enough to make their student loan payments.
CONSIDER WORKING FOR YOURSELF:
Anyone can choose to be Self Employed. Deciding not to go is to school is okay. You’re probably even better off without a degree than one in a saturated major like communications that you spent $100,000 on. Like seriously think long and hard about making that decision. Now if you’re like me and want to be self employed, expect your business to take a few years to get off the ground at first. You might even have to work a few part time jobs while trying to scale your business.
OR WORK FOR SOMEONE;
The are hundreds of jobs that do not require a degree or diploma. However not having either of these pieces of paper makes the search difficult but not impossible. There are definitely jobs that don’t require either of the two. Anyone can make minimum wage working as a cashier. But thats not why you’re here. If you are trying to make good money, the jobs you find will most likely require some sort of license if you plan to make a decent salary.
